Are files opening in the wrong app on your PC?

Go to Settings
then Apps
then Default apps
Find the app you want to use, such as your preferred browser or PDF reader
and select it.
From there, choose which file types or links that app should open by default.

Once that’s done, your files, links and documents should open exactly where you want them to.
