Windows 11 Can Mirror Your Phone or Laptop Screen

Need to show your phone screen during a meeting? Want to view a laptop display on a larger monitor without plugging in extra cables? Windows 11 has a built-in feature that lets you wirelessly project another device’s screen directly to your PC.

The first step is to enable the Wireless Display feature. Open Settings > System > Optional Features, then add Wireless Display if it isn’t already installed.

Next, go to Settings > System > Projecting to this PC and turn the feature on.

Once enabled, you can select your PC from the screen-sharing options on another compatible device. Within seconds, the device’s screen will appear on your PC, making it easy to demonstrate apps, share content, or work across devices more efficiently.

Even better, Windows can allow you to control the connected device using your PC’s mouse and keyboard, helping you stay productive without constantly switching between screens.
